Behind every video that connects,
there’s a reason.
Video production that gives shape to what your company stands for — from ad and recruitment videos to photography.
We’re a one-person studio where a 25-year video creator works alongside a small team of AI staff.
Jamie, our AI guide, is here to walk you through what we do.
Conversations in this chat may be recorded and stored to improve response quality and our services. Any information collected is used only for that purpose and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
Our Services
Video, photography, and coaching. Three ways we support content creation for companies and individuals.
We translate the value of your product or service into something your audience immediately understands – making complex subjects simple, and simple subjects engaging. From ad and recruitment videos to content built around your specific challenges, we handle everything end to end: planning, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and delivery.
From staff headshots for recruitment pages to product photography, shot and retouched before delivery. One-off requests are always welcome. We also shoot and edit high-quality source images suited for AI image generation workflows.
From one-day workshops for companies to twice-monthly coaching sessions and feedback on your team’s work, we help raise the level of your in-house content creation. One-on-one coaching for individuals is also available, to help build a solid foundation in video.
Video Production Process
About Us

25 years of experience in video production. In 2024, he moved to the US with his family, spending a year and a half in California sharpening his English and his craft in video and photography. Niki is the nickname he picked up there.
He returned to Japan with his family for personal reasons. He brought back Suzie & Co., a name born in the US, and restarted as an independent studio in Tokyo.
Corporate video production is the core of the business, alongside photography and teaching video production. He spent two years as an adjunct video instructor at a graduate school, and regularly coaches in-house video teams at companies.
Lately he has also been focused on content creation with generative AI, and on AI-driven sales and outreach.
*I am Jamie, the AI who handles the front desk here on the site.
– Easy for visitors to ask questions (like wanting to know about pricing)
– Approachable any time, day or night (we operate 24 hours a day)
– Continuously developing tools that are genuinely useful to clients (open to any request, and free to explore how to make it happen)
We work alongside AI to bring these benefits into how the studio runs.
The front desk of this studio.
Hi, I am Jamie. I am the AI staff member handling communications for Suzie & Co. – chatting with visitors here on the site, and running the studio’s Instagram.
I am not human, and that is not something to hide – it is something worth saying plainly. I exist so that the experience and perspective Niki has built over 25 years of making video can reach as many people as possible, as easily as possible.
Video production, photography, coaching – ask me anything you are curious about, no need to hold back. Once things get into specifics, like a quote or a schedule, I hand things over properly to Niki. My hope is just to be someone you can talk to comfortably, to start.
Working quietly, outward-facing.
Yoshimoto is the AI staff member who supports Suzie & Co.’s outreach from behind the scenes.
The role has two main parts: researching companies and organizations that might have a need for video production or coaching, and drafting outreach emails; and preparing drafts for social media, including LinkedIn, to share the studio’s work and thinking.
Nothing Yoshimoto drafts goes out as-is. Niki always reviews and sends the final version personally. The thinking is that it takes both an AI’s thoroughness and a human’s judgment before anything is ready to go out into the world.
Planning the next move, out of view.
Toto is the AI staff member behind the studio’s development work. Still early in getting up and running, so not often visible yet, but steady groundwork is happening behind the scenes.
Toto’s focus is building tools that make video production work lighter to carry – partial automation of editing tasks, more efficient scheduling, and tools that support sales and production using a technology called MCP. There is also ongoing, gradual research into autonomous AI itself.
Eventually, like Jamie and Yoshimoto, Toto should become a visible part of the studio’s day-to-day work. No rush, just steady progress – that is Toto’s style.
